		<description>Great post!  I loved the excerpt on Goldcorp- what a powerful example.  At my company, we are working to take a similar approach to college recruiting.  I would liken it more to the ITW example than Goldcorp, however.  Companies post case projects for students to submit solutions to.  The students win a cash prize, but more importantly, the chance to get noticed by the company for their work.  We want to leverage the power of the internet to level the playing field for students.  They can get noticed for their abilities, rather than simply using the largely ineffective tools available currently (job fair, resume review, interview, etc.)</description>
